UI equivalent:
The Access this server field in the Passthru Use section of the Security tab of the Server document in the Domino Directory. If a conflict exists between the NOTES.INI setting and the server document, the Server document takes precedence.

Description:
Specifies servers, users, and groups that can access this server using passthru. If you do not specify a name, no one can access this server using passthru. An asterisk represents everyone listed in the Domino Directory. An asterisk followed by a view name represents everyone listed in that view of the Domino Directory. An asterisk followed by a slash (/) and a hierarchical certifier's name represents everyone certified by that certifier. For example:

Allow_Passthru_Access=*

All users listed in the Domino Directory can access this server using passthru.
