Description:
Starting 4.5.5 and 4.6.2, operating system time zone and time settings can not be modified when the Notes client location is changed to a new location where the time zone is different under Windows 32-bit environment. This can be done by adding the NOTES.INI variable Allow_OS_Time_Zone_Change=0.
