        Description:
        This variable will allow 3rd party application developers to debug their addin programs. When APIDeveloper is enabled and Domino crashes, it will invoke the system's Just In Time Debugger, whatever that happens to be. We do not install a JIT during Domino installation. If MSDEV is set then that is what is invoked. If this variable is not set then Domino intercepts the crash and runs NSD. NSD will collect the crash information and then terminate all the Domino processes. If you have Fault Recovery enabled, then NSD runs regardless.
