      Description:
      This variable allows / prevents the User to access applikations based on mail templates or other mail databases in the IBM Client Application.
      Setting this to 1 will prevent the user from opening any mail application
      Setting this to 0 will allow the user to open any database, mail included.

      Valid values are :

      NBP_DisallowOpeningMailBasedApps =1 - Deny access to Mail templates based applications

      NBP_DisallowOpeningMailBasedApps =0 - Allow access also to Mail template based application
