        Description:
        Further controls conversion of MIME to CD.

        When DISABLED (i.e. =0) AND used with MIME_CONVERT_HTML_TO_ATTACHMENT=1 the MIME to CD conversion process will convert all parts of a multipart/alternative message, making plain text inline and creating attachments for html text.
