        Description:
        Displays the XPC console, which shows modem input/output (if logged).
        To enable the XPC console place XPC_Console=1 in the NOTES.INI file and then restart the client or server. On the workstation, if you are dialing out for the first time, the XPC console will launch onscreen. When you launch the server for the first time, the XPC console will automatically launch.
