      Description:
      Technote #1657024 explains that when field/s is customized and then the contact is forwarded, the custom labels are lost and revert back to the default values.
      Add EnableVcardAllFields=1 in the user's notes.ini. The parameter only works for Notes Client 9.0.1 FP3 and higher versions. 

      If upgrading is not an option, the workaround provided in the link below can be used.
