      Description:
      Applies to workstations. When the server that holds an application is no longer responding, the user is prompted to choose whether Notes should switch to a replica on another server. This INI variable allows users to suppress this prompt -- the failover just occurs.

      Valid Values are:

      0 (default) - The user is prompted when a server is not responding.

      1 - Prompts to the user are suppressed when a server is not responding. (This does not prevent Notes from failing over.)
