      Setting this value will control the session based authentication of a Quickplace server.

      This causes the JavaScript files which are normally cached for all QuickPlaces to only be cached on a QuickPlace by QuickPlace basis. For a QuickPlace 2.0.5 server, this NOTES.INI variable is no longer necessary.
