        Description:
        Allows setting of the NIF tempory collection threshold.

        Examples: Temp_Collection_Threshold=1000

        Notes 6.5.5 : SPR# KHAN5CQQW7 - This fix allows setting the size of the NIF temporary collection threshold via the Notes.ini parameter TEMP_COLLECTION_THRESHOLD. Please note that the higher the threshold, the more memory will likely be required. The threshold available is between 200 and 5000.
