      Description:
      If you run into any problems then please enable logging output from the rules.dll and mail me the results.

      To enable logging add this into your notes.ini

      $Rules_Log=1

      This will log default into a text file "c:\rules_log.txt" on your hard drive.

      To change the location and/or filename of the log file you can use:

      $Rules_Filename=<filename>
