        Helps to prevent the task pool becoming full with internet protocol enties and the server console displaying extra IMAP connections.

        SPR # VEI4K6D4Z - Added the Notes.ini parameter TASK_POOL_FILTER to prevent the task pool from becoming full with internet protocol entries. Without this .ini, the server console might display a memory error when there are between 500 and 600 active IMAP connections.
