        Description:
        Determines whether the DST settings from the OS are used on the server, per Dafault the server is using these settings in R5.

        1 - Enables unlinking from the OS setting

        0 - Disables unlinking (thus enables linking) to the OS

        If you set UseNotesTimeZone=1, you must also add the TimeZone, DST, and DSTlaw settings as required by your time zone to your notes.ini.
