        Description:
        Turns on various no.Spam.domino debugging features. Use only when advised by DRCC.

        Example : noSpamDomino_debugFlags=le

        Flags turn on vaious functions and can be included in any order - they ARE case sensitive
        c - Dumps the active no.Spam.domino configuration to the log
        e - Creates a dump file for any error that occurs and attempts to display it on the server using an editor
        g - Dumps the active server/configuration document to the log
        o - Dumps the server/configuration document to the log but only once
        l - Does not kill the log file if nothing changed
        p - Displays the log file on the machine that ran the update agent upon completion using a text editor
        r - Dumps the rule tables to the log file
        2 - Dumps the rule tables to files and displays using notepad on windows systems
