      Description:
      Adds two fields to each documents redirected by the NWall Redirector that can be used in any NWall processor job.

      The two fields are $SessionID and $ProcessID.

      The $SessionID contains the username associated with the session that submitted the message.

      The $ProcessID is the name of the process that submitted the message (which is usually xSERVER).
