      Description:
      To Prevent the problem by disabling the Streaming Cluster Replication feature on the problematic server and all servers within that cluster by adding the following parameter to the notes.ini:
      DEBUG_SCR_DISABLED=1

      NOTE: This parameter will disable Streaming Cluster Replication and cause the servers to revert to the pre-Domino 8 method of cluster replication which does not cause these memory spikes.
