      Description:
      A subset of error message dialog boxes have a Search IBM Technotes button that, if clicked, performs a search of the IBM support site's technotes on that error and returns the results for the user. This INI variable allows users to suppress the display of this button.
      Valid Values are:
      0 (default) - The Search IBM Technotes button displays for a subset of error messages
      1 - The Search IBM Technotes button does not display for for a subset of error messages.
