UI equivalent:
The Destinations allowed field in the Passthru Use section of the Security tab of the Server document. If a conflict exists between the NOTES.INI setting and the Server document, the Server document takes precedence.

Description:
Specifies the destination servers that this server can connect to using passthru. If you do not specify a name, this server can route to all servers.
