Description:
SPR# BHAS5TW5EP - New Mail Notification popup brings the Notes Client from background to foreground.

To realize this fix, you must use the Notes.ini variable "AlarmsDoNotTakeFocus=1".

To display the window in a nonactivated state, use the Notes.ini variable "AlarmsTakeFocus=1", to reverse the behavior.
