        None, although the view rebuild optimization feature is enabled in Domino by default.

      Description:
      Use this setting to enable/disable the view rebuild optimization feature, which presorts the view entries in temporary files before inserting them into the view index.

      Use the following values for this setting:

      0: Enables
      1: Disables

      This vartiable is new in 6.5.4

      SPR# SIWA5VUA8H - After rebuilding ($Users) view index in the NAB, some canonical name entries could not be found.

      This can cause mail routing and other serious problems.

      A workaround is to set DISABLE_VIEW_REBUILD_OPT=1 in the Notes.ini.

      This will rebuild the view correctly.
