      Parameter for the iQ.Suite.

      Where applicable, a PGP charset header is taken into account during PGP decryption; the conversion of the character set depends character set specified for the encrypted data of the message.

      The global parameter ToolKit_MC_IgnorePGPCharsetHeader=YES can be used to switch this off.

      This parameter applies to iQ.Suite Crypt only.
