      Question
      How can a user limit the number of recent contacts that get added automatically to the user personal address book?
      Answer
      Starting in 8.5.2, this can be achieved by adding DPAB_MAX_DIP_TABLE_SIZE parameter to the local notes.ini.
      For instance if you would like to have a maximum number of 100 recent contacts then add the following:
      DPAB_MAX_DIP_TABLE_SIZE=100.
      This will not allow the recent contacts of adding more than 100 contacts

      If you have more than the maximum number of contacts, the names of those who you
      communicate with the least will be deleted from Recent Contacts per an Aging process
