      Description:
      To enable the Send to IBM feature on the Domino server or Workstation without asking for additional information, set this variable to 0.

      To enable the question once more, set this to "", to force the question allways set this to 1

      For servers this should be set to 0 to prevent the waiting for this question to be answered while the server starts.

      When the server or Workstation restarts after a server crash, diagnostic information is collected and an email is sent to IBM. There is no default setting.
