      Description:
      Add a KS_RECIPIENTS item to copied and denied emails. This item is set as the readers field of the Notes document in the database so only the recipients of the original email and anyone in the group 'kSpamAdministrators' will be able to see the document.

      Example: KS_RECIPIENTS=1

      Version: 1.4 and above.

      Notes: The username portion of a user's email address, i.e. the part before the '@' sign, must be present in the 'User name' field of their person document.

      Notes: kSpam also adds 'kSpamAdministrators' to the list so that administrators can also see the denied messages, so be sure to create a group by that name before you implement this.
