        When installing a Fixpack, this notes.ini parameter stores the base version.

        CFP_LP_CURRENT (last installed fixpack)
        CFP_LP_PREV (previous if any)
        CFP_LP_BASE_VERSION (base version for the fixpack).

        This is an example:
        CFP_LP_BASE_VERSION="Release 6.5.1|January 21, 2004"
        CFP_LP_CURRENT="Release 6.5.1IF1|March 16, 2004"
        CFP_LP_PREV="Release 6.5.1|January 21, 2004"
