        Description:
        This parameter, along with the debug_outfile parameter (capturing output to a text file as in, debug_outfile=c:\newmail.txt) captures the following information: Time of polling, server polled, mailfile polled, and the previous and new value of the NewMailSeqNum.

        Valid Values are:

        0: disables capturing

        1: enables capturing
