      Description:
      Use this setting to turn off instant messaging and live names for all users. By default, instant messaging is enabled for anyone that Domino Web Access determines has a Sametime token or Lightweight Third Party Authentication (LTPA) token and a Sametime Server assigned.

      Valid values are :
      0= off
      1= on

      Note: This variable is new for DWA 6.5.1.

      This NOTES.INI variable has been made obsolete in ND7. Functionality enabled by the Domino Web Access Instant Messaging setting "Instant Messaging features" in the Configuration Settings document of the Domino Directory server.
