      Description:
      The Aging process happens when a new user is processed after the aging time, which is
      checked once per week by default.

      You can change the aging time via the DPAB_VALIDATE_INTERVAL notes.ini parameter

      Example: DPAB_VALIDATE_INTERVAL=4320 (3*24*60) would cause this the check
      to occur every three days.
