        Description:
        This Variable allows the admins to Controll the access to the Web Administrator files.

        Valid Values are:

        1: Mapping/Redirection and Virtual Server documents in the Domino Configuration database (DOMCFG.NSF) are upgraded, but the File Protection document for domino\adm-bin is not created yet.

        2: File Protection document for domino\adm-bin is created, but the Mapping/Redirection and Virtual Server documents in the Domino Configuration database
        are not upgraded yet.

        3: Both the File Protection document and upgrade of the Domino Configuration database are done.
