      This notes.ini entry is automatically installed whenever you install Ytria software on a workstation with the Windows Vista operating system. When enabled, this entry 'forces' any Registry entries to be written to the Current User directory. This will prevent many Vista-related installation problems.

      Valid Values are:

      1 = On
      0 = Off
