      Parameter for the iQ.Suite.

      The parameter ToolKit_SelectAttasHiPrio corresponds to the parameter ToolKit_Select in which in this case the behaviour is changed at documents without file attachments and a higher priority.
      This affects documents in the Mail.box with value „continue“ in the $TKCheckState field instead of the value „progress“. This mode is set with „Reprocess Mail“.
