        UI equivalent:
          None

        Description:
        Controls whether the database cache is enabled on a server. The database cache is enabled by default.

        Valid Values are:

        0 - Enables the database cache

        1 - Disables the database cache

        This causes an immediate update on all database ACL and other db settings when they are done by users. This can (and will) lead to performance issues. Use with care.
