      Description:
      If Debug_HTTP_Server_SPNEGO=1 is set, it enables detailed SPNEGO debug.

      Valid values are:
      0 = Disable debugging
      1 = Turn on debugging
      2 = Turn on informational debugging
      3 = Turn on more informational debugging
      4 = Turn on advanced debugging
      5 = Turn on most verbose Debugging

      Note:
      will take effect after restarting the HTTP task ("restart task http")
