      Will enable/disable the DAOS Feature.

      Valid Values are:

      0 = The server stops using attachment consolidation and any new attachments in participating databases are stored in documents.

      1 =The server consolidates attachments saved in any document in any database included in consolidation. A database is included when the database property "Use Domino Attachment and Object Service" is selected.
